2004-03-10: Completed transcribing the manual.  Went through and corrected all
	table formatting to be as identical as possible, etc.  Updated info
	blurb at the beginning.

2004-03-01: Finished up to 6.3.3 (The .RDATE UUO).

2004-02-29: Work continues, currently up to section 5.1.2 (page 106 of the
	original) -DLC

2004-02-28: More work done, updated version uploaded. -DLC

2004-02-27: Work proceeded, with an updated version uploaded. -DLC

2004-02-26: Work begun on transcribing this manual.  Work-in-progress uploaded
	to www.sigfs.org/its-reference/ for early review. -DLC

TODO:
Standardize the spacing and indentation around tables.
Convert all cross-references to LyX 'live' cross-references.
Figure out how to convert LyX cross-references into PDF cross-references.
Figure out how to make a PDF bookmark for each hierarchy division to mirror ToC.
Figure out how to modify PDF metadata to accurately reflect document.
Convert file to a bindable form factor; release ready-to-bind versions.
Insert non-printing notes in the LyX source with the original document page
	numbers and page break locations to assist double-checking the original,
	if needed.  (Putting page numbers at the page break locations will serve
	both purposes.)
Get listed on known ITS web sites so people know of the availability of this
	much-easier-to-use version of this document.
